Cudo® 's hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time. We are closed weekends and for federal and national holidays. Orders placed while we are closed will be processed during the next business day.
Rest assured that our job isn’t over until your Cudo® dining chairs arrive safely, which is why we partner with furniture delivery specialists and not with freight haulers to ensure the careful delivery of your Cudo® dining chairs. Your Cudo® dining chairs are delivered to your door, by appointment, and given to you personally.
After we inspect and package your dining chairs in our Hickory, NC factory, we’ll send you delivery, tracking, and contact information. You will be able to track your delivery online throughout its journey to your home.
You can choose from two Cudo® Concierge delivery services: White Glove Delivery and Standard Home Delivery.
Standard Home Delivery:
We deliver your Cudo® dining chairs to your door, by appointment. Signature required. The delivery professionals will place your cartoned Cudo® dining chairs in your room of choice, where you will uncarton them (a very simple process) and place them just where you want them.
Standard Home Delivery takes 7 - 10 business days on average from the time your Cudo® dining chairs leave our factory.
Delivery rate is a flat fee of around $100. In other words, if you order 2 dining chairs, the delivery cost is $100, if you order 10 chairs the cost is still $100.
White Glove Delivery:
We deliver your Cudo® dining chairs to your door, by appointment. They’re handled by professionals who uncarton and again inspect your dining chairs, then place them in your home wherever you’d like. They also haul away any cartons and debris.
White Glove Delivery takes 7 - 10 business days on average from the time your Cudo® dining chairs leave our factory.
Delivery rate is a flat fee of $140. In other words, if you order 2 dining chairs, the delivery cost is $140, if you order 10 chairs the cost is still $140.
Our warranty is straightforward and simple:
Customers will have one year after purchasing an item to return it, accompanied by proof of purchase. After one year, we will work with our customers to reach a fair solution if a product is defective in any way.
We stand by our Cudo® dining chairs. When your chairs arrive, please inspect chair and carton thoroughly. If you aren’t completely satisfied or if there appears to be a quality problem with your Cudo® dining chairs please call us (828-324-8999) within 48 hours of delivery to your home and talk with one of our Cudo® Customer Service experts.
On the subject of our chair frames, we have great confidence in their construction. If there are any manufacturing issues, you should know within the first year of use. Should there be an issue, know that we will stand behind our product and take care of it. This warranty does not cover abuse or misuse. On the subject of our fabrics, the Cudo® one-year fabric warranty does not cover fabrics with regard to fading, evidence of heavy soiling or abuse(misuse), improper cleaning methods, or stain/soil repellant treatments applied by the customer.
We will repair the chair(s) at our discretion. Return delivery charges could apply.
Cudo® dining chairs are not designed for commercial use. As tough as they are, using them commercially will void your warranty from Cudo®.
You can return Cudo® Select dining chairs within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping and a 25% restocking fee will apply to returned Cudo® chairs.
Due to the nature of our Cudo® Choice chairs, all sales of custom Cudo® chairs are final.
